1. Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This website is operated by GPF & FISSOT, established 2008, Govt. of India Reg. No. 297/23/24.

2. Purpose of this website

This website exists to provide information about GPF & FISSOT and its social programmes, and to let visitors get in touch. It is an information and contact platform. It does not process payments and does not create any membership, employment or beneficiary relationship.

3. Programme information is indicative

GPF & FISSOT carries out a range of social service activities, and expects to add more over time: community welfare, education and youth support, humanitarian initiatives, community mobilisation, camps, distributions, ceremonies and other programmes announced from time to time. This clause applies to every such activity, present and future, and not only to those currently listed on this website.

Information published here about any programme describes intentions and proposals, not guarantees. In particular:

• Dates, venues, timings and any auspicious timing (Muhurta) are proposed and may change or be cancelled.
• Where a programme is described as planned for a period rather than an exact date, such as the 1001 Free Mass Marriage initiative planned for November 2026, the exact date is confirmed only by official announcement.
• Any goods, services, assistance or benefits described as proposed to be provided are subject to final programme guidelines, eligibility conditions, statutory approvals and available resources, and may be varied, reduced or withdrawn.
• Participation is subject to eligibility criteria which may still be under finalisation, and which will be published or communicated when confirmed.
• Numbers of participants or beneficiaries mentioned anywhere on this site are targets or intentions, not commitments.
• Submitting an enquiry or registering interest does not constitute an application, selection, registration, confirmation, or any assurance of participation, assistance or benefit.
• Selection for any programme is at the sole discretion of GPF & FISSOT, subject to its guidelines and applicable law.

No content on this website should be treated as a binding commitment, offer or contract. Where a programme has its own terms, guidelines or consent process, those apply to that programme in addition to these terms and prevail over this website's general descriptions in case of conflict.

4. Using the enquiry form

When you use the enquiry form you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone
• Not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content
• Not send sensitive documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, certificates or medical records
• Not use the form for spam, bulk messaging, scraping or automated abuse

We may ignore, delete or report submissions that breach these terms.

5. Donations

Donations are made outside this website, by bank transfer or UPI using the details published on the Donate page. Please read the Donation & Refund Policy before contributing. Always verify bank details directly with the organisation before transferring money.

Unless we have supplied documentary confirmation to the contrary, nothing on this site should be read as a claim of 80G, 12A or any other tax-exemption status.

6. Intellectual property

The GPF & FISSOT name, logo, text, images and design on this website belong to GPF & FISSOT or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially, or use the logo, without written permission.

7. External links

This site links to external websites, including our website developer. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPF & FISSOT, its trustees, officers and volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on information published here, unavailability of the site, or unauthorised access to data by third parties despite reasonable safeguards. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Fraud warning

GPF & FISSOT does not charge any fee for participation in its free programmes, and does not authorise agents to collect money on its behalf. If someone asks you for payment in our name, do not pay; contact us to verify first.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
